LinkedIn Advertising

Reach the people and companies that matter.

LinkedIn gives B2B marketers unusually precise ways to build audiences around professional roles, companies and industries. We plan and manage LinkedIn campaigns around the ICPs, buying groups and target accounts you actually want to reach.

THE PROBLEM

Precise targeting doesn't automatically make a good campaign.

LinkedIn makes it possible to target by company, industry, job function, seniority and other professional attributes.

That's powerful.

It's also easy to build an audience that looks perfect in Campaign Manager but doesn't respond.

Sometimes the audience is too broad. Sometimes it's too narrow. Sometimes the message gives them no reason to care. Sometimes we're asking for a sales conversation before they've been given a reason to have one.

And in smaller B2B markets, audience size and media costs can quickly constrain what is practical.

Good LinkedIn advertising isn't just about reaching the right profile.

It's about giving the right people a reason to pay attention.

HOW WE HELP

Put targeting, message and objective together.

Define who actually matters

We translate your ICP, buying group or target-account strategy into audiences that can realistically be reached on LinkedIn.

Give the campaign a clear job

Awareness, content engagement, lead generation and account reach are different jobs. We decide what the campaign needs to achieve before choosing the objective, format, audience and budget.

Build the message around the audience

A CMO, technical evaluator and procurement lead may all influence the same decision for different reasons. We develop advertising around who we're speaking to, what matters to them and what we want them to do next.

Learn and improve

We review audience performance, creative, engagement, conversion signals and spend, then use that evidence to decide what to test, change, increase or stop.

OUR POINT OF VIEW

Targeting is only half the job.

LinkedIn is attractive to B2B marketers because you can describe the people you want to reach with unusual precision.

But being able to target someone doesn't mean they're interested.

Your ICP isn't necessarily in-market today.

A senior decision-maker isn't waiting for another sponsored post asking them to book a demo.

And a lead isn't automatically valuable because the job title matches your targeting criteria.

Sometimes the right job for LinkedIn is to generate an enquiry.

Sometimes it's to introduce an idea, distribute useful content, build familiarity with a target account or create demand that another channel captures later.

The objective determines the campaign, not the other way around.

Who you reach matters. What you give them a reason to care about matters just as much.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

LinkedIn Advertising tends to make sense when...

Common questions.

Is LinkedIn Advertising expensive?

It can be.

B2B audiences are valuable and media costs can be considerably higher than on broader consumer platforms. The question isn't whether the click is cheap. It's whether the audience, objective and economics make the cost worthwhile.

It depends on the audience size, geography, objective, campaign duration and what you're trying to learn or achieve.

Small audiences can also limit delivery, so we'd rather assess the opportunity before recommending a budget.

Both can make sense.

Lead Gen Forms reduce friction, while a landing page gives you more control over the message and buyer journey. We choose based on the campaign, offer and what needs to happen after the click.

Yes. LinkedIn supports account-based targeting, subject to available company data and sufficient audience size.

We still need to consider the people within those accounts, the message and why they should engage.

Ad copy and campaign messaging are part of the work.

Where new design, video or substantial content production is required, we can scope that separately.

No.

We can control the strategy, targeting, campaign setup, messaging, optimisation and how the budget is managed. We cannot guarantee that a particular person will respond or become a customer.
